More than eight years after BP’s oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico began, untold numbers of Gulf Coast residents remain sick from the spill and the toxic chemicals used in the cleanup effort, and many of them have already died. However, the company is refusing to pay out claims, and affected Gulf residents say BP is delaying the process so they will die.
