The first three months of 2016 have been so warm that global temperatures are already nearing the limit set at the COP21 climate conference, whose international commitments haven’t even been ratified by its signatory countries yet. There is no evidence to lead us to believe that these dramatic planetary warming trends will not continue unabated.
